The hotel itself was really good value for money. A little dated, however very clean and very well maintained. The location was great too, 5/10 minute walk to the beach and shops/bars/restaurants.

Great location & got use of other hotels (magic Robin Hood , magic splash & magic rocks) so although pool not amazing here could visit others which was amazing

Very reasonably priced. All the Reception staff were courteous and helpful. The waiter who was in the Granada Restaurant the first few days of my stay is very professional and ensured everything was in order.

Very good location, shops, cafe, restaurants and beach in walking distance. Amazing 2 restaurans, very helpful and friendly staff. Options to keep luggage in the security place and have an opportunity to take shower after check out hours. Special kids playroom is great!

congratulations to all the staff at Magic Cristal park from reception to, bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaners you were all highly professional super friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble. the rooms were just fantastic and the bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up in the mornings. with several on-site bars to chose from and open from 09:00 - midnight and 2 restaurants serving Breakfast, lunch and dinner including more snacks throughout the day was perfect for us and the roof terrace and pool was a fantastic place to spend a few hours.

The location Most of the staff at the restaurant were very helpful as we needed Halal option at the buffet
